DJ LEXUS LE MONSTRE

Singer/Rapper, songwriter, beat maker, and film actor Dj Lexus Le Monstre is a multidimensional artist who is also a producer and president of the label mbolé 237.

Born on July 20, 1990 in Yaoundé, Dj Lexus the monster of his real name Christian Evina launched into music at a very young age as a rapper under the pseudonym of KRYS-T.
He won several rap contests, notably the one organized by the famous Elvice Kemayo promoter of the Cabaret Carossel, in 2003   and was noticed by the singer of Bitkusti Racine Shagat who made him participate in the recording of his two-track album.
In 2004, the young prodigy under the name of Krys-T Lexus had his first success with his single "Papa Eto'o". He then began to work as a DJ alongside his mentor Serge Dikale and as a beat maker and arranger alongside by DJ Pat Cool.

His love for Mbolé was born in the 2000s during the various ceremonial events in the neighborhoods where Mbolé made its debut. Inspired by the creator of Mbolé  Aristide Mpacko, DJ Lexus decided to drop the atalaku to definitively embark on the mbolé movement in 2007. Then in 2010 he produced the first hit from Kwatta "Ekondock". which was a great success and was subsequently taken over by Vincent paradis.
At the dawn of his success, Dj Lexus The monster realizes   that the still embryonic mbolé at the time has real potential, so he decides to build an army of young talents to promote this rhythm. Dj Lexus the monster is at the origin of the success of several mbolé artists such as: Petit Malo, Petit Bozard, Petit Virus, Crazy Boy, Menace Toxique, Paco Junior... It is therefore rightly that he is call the "Mbolé Boss" the father of the mbolé movement.

In October 2020 signed under the production label Bomaye Africa Entertainment (the first major signing in the mbolé movement) DJ Lexus the monster released the very first EP of the mbolé movement entitled "Triumph" a project of six titles and three bonus tracks with the participation of several mbolé artists such as Petit Bozard, Petit Virus...
Less than two years later under the aegis of the music label Kalasch Empire DJ Lexus, a true pioneer of mbolé, intends to enrich his repertoire with a 12-track album entitled "Mbolé National" so the release date is scheduled for the 20 July 2022.

It is therefore rightly that DJ Lexus Le Monstre is considered the father of the MBOLE movement, a style of music of Cameroonian origin of which he is the precursor and one of the most symbolic pioneers of the booming movement.

. The father of the MBOLE movement gives the foretaste of this highly anticipated album with the title THE BIG BOSS available on 237mood here 👆🏽
